The Coordinator is responsible for keeping projects and operations running smoothly by managing daily communications, processing service requests, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across customers, vendors, and job sites. This role supports the operations team by tracking new orders, monitoring active services, and assisting with scheduling and follow-ups.
Coordinators serve as a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams by helping connect the right people, confirm details, and maintain accuracy across systems like Airtable, HubSpot, and QuickBooks. They contribute to the overall efficiency of the company by keeping information organized, requests on track, and communication clear across all departments.
