16 Yard (Small)

Ideal for small clean-outs, remodeling debris, or when space is limited

Not suitable for heavy materials (e.g., dirt, concrete, shingles)

Fits well in tight driveways or alleys

16 Yard (Big Truck)

Ideal for small/heavy demolition jobs and skid-steer loading

Suitable for heavy materials like dirt, rock, or concrete

20 Yard (Medium)

Best for mid-size demolition, roofing tear-offs, or skid-steer loading

Can hold heavy material, but must be filled only halfway for safe transport

Works well for side-loading with equipment

30 Yard (Large)

Perfect for major construction, large-scale cleanouts, or commercial projects

Not suitable for dense, heavy materials

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Weight Limit: Max haul weight is 10 tons. Overloads require customer to offload into second dumpster at their own expense.

Shingles: Up to 48 squares (16 yd Big), 60 (20 yd), 90 (30 yd). Not allowed in small 16 yd.

Heavy Debris: Only allowed in 16 & 20 yd (¾ and ½ full, respectively). Prohibited in 30 yd dumpsters.

Placement: Paved surface only. Weather delays on unpaved surfaces may result in $150+ trip fees and extra rental days.

Not Allowed: Batteries, wet paint, propane, tires, electronics with batteries, biohazards, Freon units, hazardous waste.

Do Not Move Containers. Call customer service for assistance.

Heavy Material Reminder. Concrete, brick, dirt, rock, or shingles are considered heavy materials. Use appropriate dumpster size and fill level guidelines to avoid overweight fees.
